Terms of use

Last updated September 7, 2026

These are the terms on which we publish this website. They are not the terms of a job — those are in the written agreement you would sign before we start one.

Prices and sizes on this site

Where we give a price range or a size range, it describes what we typically supply. It is not a quote and not an offer. A Bay or Bow Window is built to one opening in one wall, and nobody can price yours without seeing it — which is why the ranges are wide and why the estimate comes after a visit, in writing.

An estimate we give you is what it says: our best figure for the work described in it, held for the period the estimate itself states. If the job changes, the figure changes, and we would tell you before doing the work rather than after.

What is on the pages

We try to keep the site accurate and current, and we correct things when we find them wrong. Product specifications published by a manufacturer are theirs and can change without us knowing — confirm anything that matters to your decision with the manufacturer before you order.

Photographs

Almost every photograph on this site is of our own work, taken by us. Some are retouched, and where a photograph has been altered in a way that changes what it shows, the alteration is recorded in our own files and we will tell you what was done if you ask.

Photographs of a finished window show that window, in that house. They are not a promise that yours will look the same — yours will be built to your opening.

Other companies' names

Where we name a manufacturer we do it to describe what we install. We are an independent installation contractor and are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by or endorsed by any manufacturer whose products we fit. Their trademarks are theirs.

Using the site

Read it, print it, send it to whoever is helping you decide. Please do not copy the text or the photographs onto another site or into another company's marketing.

Liability

The site is information, offered in good faith. Decisions about your house should be made on the estimate and the written agreement, not on a web page — and if anything here contradicts what is in your agreement, the agreement is what counts.

Law

We work across the New York and New Jersey metro area, and these terms are governed by the law of the state in which the work is done.
